Estee Lauder ERG

I was fortunate enough to have been invited to open the Estee Lauder Diversity and Inclusion ERG with a 45 minute talk about my work as a pioneer in digital beauty. It was opened by the President of Estee Lauder UK and had chairs from the VP of Aveda and Jo Malone. It was a completely mind blowing experience and I was blessed to be the featured speaker.
